Services described on this site — including digital marketing, SEM/PPC and paid media, healthcare and real estate advertising support, WordPress and custom website development, SEO, social media marketing, ecommerce builds, and related consulting — are provided on a project or retainer basis as agreed individually with each client. Specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are confirmed in writing (email or a signed proposal) before work begins.
2. Use of This Website
You may browse this website and use the contact form for legitimate inquiries about services. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, the portfolio showcase, and site design — is owned by Moin Siddiqui unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Portfolio items showcase work completed for clients; rights to each delivered project belong to the respective client per that project’s agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Project pricing, deposit requirements, and payment schedules are agreed with each client before work begins. Typically, a deposit is required to start a project, with remaining payments tied to agreed milestones or a monthly schedule for ongoing services. Late payments may pause active work until resolved. Voluntary tips via third-party payment links are optional and separate from contracted project fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
Timely project delivery depends on clients providing necessary content, brand assets, access credentials (where required), feedback, and approvals within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in client feedback may extend the agreed project timeline accordingly.
6. Revisions
Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds, confirmed before work begins. Requests beyond that scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
7. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided with professional care, but no guarantee is made regarding specific business outcomes (such as search engine rankings, ad platform approval, or campaign ROAS), since these depend on factors outside my direct control — including platform policies, market conditions, and client-provided inputs. To the extent permitted by law, liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the amount paid for that specific engagement.
8. Third-Party Services & Links
Projects may involve third-party platforms (hosting providers, payment gateways, Meta/Google ads, analytics tools, plugins, etc.). I am not responsible for the availability, security, or policies of third-party services, though I recommend reputable providers whenever possible. Links on this site to external destinations are for convenience only.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an active engagement with written notice as outlined in the individual project agreement. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable local law based on where Moin Siddiqui operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
